Mushroom and Prosciutto Kabobs

Ingredients:
12 whole mushrooms, brown are preferred
4 teaspoons butter
1/8 cup port wine
4 1/2 slices prosciutto
6 wooden skewers
Directions:
1. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, then cut in half.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan.
3. Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
4. Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 1 minute.
5. Add port and cook, stirring, until it evaporates completely.
6. Remove from heat and set aside.
7. Cut 18 slices of prosciutto into 4 pieces each.
8. Thread 4 pieces of mushroom and 3 rolled pieces of prosciutto alternately onto wooden skewers, and serve.
