Healthy and filling multigrain waffles even my kids love.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining 7 ingredients and beat into wet until smooth.
