This recipe goes with Multigrain Malt Waffles
Ingredients:
9 ounces all-purpose flour (about 21/2 cups)
9.5 ounces whole-wheat flour (about 2 cups)
1.8 ounces spelt flour (about 6 tablespoons)
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup malted milk powder
3 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. Weigh or lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
