Multigrain Honey Oat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 3 tbsp cornmeal
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine boiling water, cornmeal, and steel cut oats. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Put cornmeal mixture into bread machine followed by the remaining ingredients.
  3. Set on medium or wheat setting.
  4. Bake and enjoy!
