I love this marinade because its so versatile. You can make several batches of the base, store that in the fridge & add the seasonings when you decide on your entree. It is very tasty and a terrific tenderizer for those economy cuts .
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sage
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon savory
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar& shake well.
2. Pour over meat or poultry.
3. Cover& place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours but best if left overnight.
4. Stir or turn occasionally.
