Ingredients:
2 quarts apple cider
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 orange, sliced and seeded
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium Dutch oven; place over medium heat. Simmer, uncovered, 2 hours. Strain and serve hot in mugs.
