Ingredients:
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup mulberries
Directions:
1.
Cream shortening and sugar.
2.
Add egg.
3.
Sift together dry ingredients.
4.
Add to creamed mixture.
5.
Add milk.
6.
Add berries.
7.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
