this is very easy and less time consuming recipe
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup caster sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3 ounces melted butter
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup strawberry (optional)
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 190*C. Grease the muffin tin.
2. Sifted flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. In another bowl combine egg, milk, and melted butter. Mix well and add liquids all at once to flour mixture.
3. Stir gently with fork until all dry ingredients are just moistened. Batter should look lumpy, quite lumpy.
4. Spoon batter evenly into muffin tin filling two-thirds full. Bake for 15-20 min until golden brown. Serve warm.
