Wheat & raisin muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 dash salt
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup raisins
1 egg
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup honey
Directions:
1. Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt, wheat germ, raisins and egg. Separate bowl: combine oil, milk and honey - add this to flour mixture. Blend, pour into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minute.
