Wonderful for breakfast. Children love these! Have lots of butter, jams, jellies, preserves, or honey ready!
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
1. In bowl, beat all the ingredients together just until smooth
2. DO NOT OVERBEAT the more you beat, the smaller your popovers will be
3. Pour into *very well-greased* muffin tins, until about 1/2 full
4. Bake until golden brown
5. IF NOT BAKED LONG ENOUGH, POPOVERS WILL NOT POP!
6. Serve with butter, jellies, honey, jams, preserves, etc.
