Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup smucker's simple blends wildberry fruit spread
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 tbsp fat-free , regular, or 2% evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Directions:

  1. Muesli: Combine 2 tbsp (30 mL) fruit spread and 1/4 cup (50 mL) yogurt with remaining ingredients.
  2. Parfait: Layer Muesli with remaining fruit spread and yogurt in 2 parfait dishes and repeat.
