a good breakfast cereal
Ingredients:
9 cups rolled oats
1 cup oat bran
1 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried fruit
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together.
2. store in a covered container.
3. mix with milk the night before serving and keep in the refridgerator over night or pour on warm milk ten minutes before serving.
