This is muesli that is always in our pantry. Mum has been making it for years, and we have it over top of weetbix. The serving size we have is about 1/3 of a cup
Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sultana
Directions:
1. Heat the honey and oil together.
2. Place all minus the sultanas ingredients in a roasting dish and combine well.
3. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20-30 minutes, stirring at least twice so mixture browns evenly.
4. Allow to cool before adding sultanas.
