A very tasty, healthy, cereal you can make quickly and easily.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dried apple
1/3 cup chopped dried apricot
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. Eat as is, with milk; or soak overnight in water and serve hot or cold.
4. Serving= 1/2 cup.
