A healthful, quick and tasty breakfast
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups cream or 2 cups half-and-half or 2 cups milk
honey
fruit, of choice
Directions:
1. Mix together first three ingredients the evening before. Add honey to suit your taste.
2. In the morning add raisins and fruit of your choice; sliced, chopped or whole.
3. Suggestions: bananas with blueberries or peaches and strawberries.
4. Add more cream if needed.
5. Recipe can be multiplied.
