Mrs. Scott's Chocolate Vinegar Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done. Cool completely; frost as desired.
