everyone makes deviled eggs and they are all pretty much the same but for some reason I really like the added flavors in this one. Got this recipe off . Just added a slight change with hot sauce. Read more They go very fast.
Ingredients:
12 large eggs, boiled and cut length wise.
1/2 cup mayo
1 1/2 teaspoon worcesteshire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt, or a little less
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons well drained sweet pickle relish
dash or two of hot sauce
paprika for garnishing top, sometimes use smokey paprika
Directions:
1. boil eggs, cut length wise, remove and reserve yolks into small bowl.
2. mash the yolks and mix with all but the egg whites and paprika
3. fill egg whites with this mixture.
4. sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
