Mozzerella Roasted Red Peppers And Basil Salsa

Unique twist on salsa! I love it with garlic roasted triscuits, or on baugette style bread under the broiler...mmmmm!
Ingredients:
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced into 1/4 cubes
1 cup diced roasted red peppers
1 green onions cut diagonally into thin slices
3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground pepper to taste
baguette style bread, pita chips, bagel chips or triscuits
Directions:
1. Combine Mozzarella cheese, red peppers, green onion, fresh basil, and olive oil in medium bowl; mix well.
2. Season salsa with black pepper.
3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
4. Serve with Pita Chips, Bagel Chips or Triscuits
5. Spoon salsa on baguette-style bread.
6. Broil until cheese begins to melt and edges of bread begin to brown.
