Ingredients:
250 g ham
250 g cheese, soft type robiola
1 teaspoon of pulp truffle
salt
120 g butter
300 g tuna
1 glass of cognac salt
400 g cheese, soft type robiola
2 tablespoons cream
100 g pickles, cut into cubes
Directions:
1. Ham Mousse: 250 Gr ham, 250 gr of Robiola chees, 1 cucchiaiono of pulp of truffle, salt (put everything in the mix)
2. Tuna Mousse: 120 gr of butter, 300gr tuna. work the butter with the tuna, 1 GLASS OF COGNAC salt and pepper
3. Cheese mousse: 400 gr OF CHEESE soft type Robiola, 2 tablespoons of cream, salt and incorporate 100gr pickles cut into cubes.
