Mousse Chocolate Tart

Chocolate loved by all, especially by the kids.
Ingredients:
215 gr chocolate cookies crumbled.
1 egg white
1 tbs honey.
2 ts gelatine powder.
225 gr confectionery sugar.
1 c cocao powder.
80 gr luke warm milk.
1 ts vanilla flavour.
1 1/2 c heavy cream.
85 gr cooking chocolate.
Directions:
1. Butter a non stick flat baking tin ca 25 cm diameter, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix cookies, egg white and honey till you have a dough and push in the baking tin also up to the sides, put in the oven and bake 15 min, set aside and let cool.
3. In a small saucepan put 3 tbs water and the gelatine, warm on low heat for 2 min, stir till gelatine is dissolved and take of the heat.
4. In a big bowl mix sugar and cocao, add milk and vanille and mix well, add gelatine, mix well and let cool down.
5. Beat heavy cream till smooth and firm and add 3/4 of cold cocoa mixture and softly stir.
6. Put cream cocao mixture in tart base top with the rest of heavy cream in the middle.
7. Refrigerate overnight, next day sprinkle with cocao powder and chocolate curls, ( cut the chocolate sidewise with a peeler) and serve.
