Mostaccioli With Tomatoes

Really good side dish with almost anything. Especially good with salmon. Low-fat dish
Ingredients:
1/4c olive oil
2tbs. balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic
2 oz. fresh basil
1tsp. salt
1/4tsp. black pepper
1lb. mostaccioli or other tub shaped pasta,cooked al dente
11/2lbs. ripe tomatoes.cut in 1 cubes
1c. calamata olives,pitteed and halved
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor,combine olive oil,vinegar and garlic. Add half of the basil and whirl 1 min. Add salt and pepper. Pour over mostaccioli while pasta is still warm. Add tomatoes and olives;toss. Garnish with remaining whole basil leaves
