Crunchy, sweet vinaigrette. Great way to get your veggies in!
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) box mostaccioli pasta (cooked)
1 1/2 cups oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried parsley
1 head broccoli
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 (3 7/8 ounce) can black olives
1 small zucchini
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. Chop up all veggies and olives to the size you like.
2. Toss pasta with veggies.
3. Mix remaining ingredients (liquids and seasonings) and pour over pasta and veggies.
4. Refrigerate to allow to marinate together.
5. The longer this sits the better it is.
