Ingredients:
3 apples
2 green peppers
3 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine oil and lemon juice.
2. Dice all fruit and veggies and add to bowl.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled.
5. Best served within 24 hours.
