Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine first 13 ingredients in a large bowl. Add shrimp; stir to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
2. While shrimp marinate, soak 6 (12-inch) wooden skewers in water 30 minutes before grilling. Thread shrimp evenly onto skewers.
3. Preheat grill.
4. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done.
