Moroccan Meatballs

You can also add 2 eggs beaten at end to make tajine, and you can substitute canned tomatoes for fresh if needed.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves
1 onion, minced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, scrambled (optional)
Directions:
1. Start sauce simmering on low.
2. Mix meatball ingredients together and make walnut sized meatballs.
3. Fry in covered pan.
4. When browned add to sauce and cook for 10 more minutes.
5. If you want to add eggs, beat eggs and pour on top of sauce; cover and cook 5 more minutes until eggs are set.
