i always order this yummy dish from my fave Moroccan Resto in Park Slope in Brooklyn, NY. Instead of doing meatballs, i opted to do ground beef to save time and yet equally delish.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp dried parsley
3 tbsp dried cilantro
2 onion, peeled and sliced
garlic
sea salt
1 large can of diced tomatoes
Directions:
1. mix ingredients. fry until meat is brown, then put tomatoes. boil until dry. salt to taste. top with egg sunny side up before plating. buon appetito!! :))
