Are your tired of the same old thing for breakfast? Try this healthy rice for a real breakfast treat. This dish has so many options: adding finely chopped nuts, jam or any fruit or combination of fruit could be used.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 apple, chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. Stir, cover, chill overnight and serve.
