This is a nice smoothie that is easy to enjoy during Phase 1. Adapted from new book.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup coffee, brewed
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar substitute
6 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Process in blender until frothy.
