Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 apples
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup parsley
1 tablespoon gingerroot
Directions:
1. Blend all fruits and vegetables together, Enjoy.
