This recipe was shared with me by a co-worker and dear friend. It has quickly become a family favorite. I hope you enjoy these delicious burgers as much as we have.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
10 crushed ritz crackers
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.
2. Grill, broil or pan fry until cooked through.
3. Serve on toasted rolls with you choice of toppings.
