A quick and delicious morning (or anytime) drink.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen mixed fruit
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt (any flavor)
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup strawberry soymilk
water, as needed
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender.
2. Process on high 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
