A smoothie that will start your day off right!
Ingredients:
1 orange
1 banana
1 apple (peeled and cored)
2 -3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
ice cube, and water for texture
Directions:
1. Cut all fruit into small chunks, place in blender. Next add water and orange juice concentrate, then blend for approx 20-30 seconds adding ice for texture as desired.
