Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unflavored yogurt
2 eggs slightly beaten
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup milk
vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except milk and oil
2. Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough
3. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface
4. Knead until smooth about 5 min
5. Place in greased bowl turn to coat.
6. Cover and let rest in warm place for 3 hours
7. Divide dough into 6 to 8 equal parts
8. Flatten each part on lightly floured surface rolling each part into a circle about 4-6 inches about 1/4 thick
9. Brush with oil.
10. Place cookie2 sheets in oven
11. Heat oven to 450
12. Remove hot cookie sheets from oven; place breads on cookie sheets Bake until firm 6 to 8 minutes.
