1 medium zucchini
3 slices onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups mustard greens , chopped
1/4 lb hamburger
4 leaves romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and zucchini. Add mustard greens.
2. Cook hamburger patty, then split into two.
3. Serve on four leaves of romaine lettuce.
