Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup flour
2-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1 large pkg. (5 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
chocolate ice cream syrup
Directions:
1. Bring water and butter to a boil in medium saucepan. Add flour all at once, and stir quickly on low heat to form a ball. Remove from heat; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Spread
2. in a ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Cool.
3. Prepare vanilla pudding mix with the milk, as directed on package. Beat in cream cheese at low speed of mixer just till blended.
4. Spread over base. Cover with whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate until serving time.
