This is a family favorite that we usually make for holiday gift baskets and occasionally during the year. The title doesn't refer to the size of the cookie, but to the massive amounts of ingredients it makes. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups peanut butter |
1/2 lb butter |
1 lb brown sugar |
2 cups white sugar |
6 eggs |
2 tablespoons corn syrup, and |
2 teaspoons corn syrup |
4 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 lb m&m |
1/2 lb chocolate chips |
1/2 lb walnuts (optional) |
9 cups oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Cream together first 7 ingredients.
2. Then mix well with the next 3 ingredients.
3. Add oatmeal and mix.
4. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350°F for 10 -12 minutes.
