Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mash banana, add in honey and peanut butter, stir to combine.
  2. Spread monkey butter on on bread to make 2 sandwiches.
  3. Melt bu8tter in skillet or griddle.
  4. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture and cook in skillet until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with honey or syrup.
  6. Enjoy!
