Monaco's Light Roasted Pepper Lime Dressing

This is so good you won't believe it's light!
Ingredients:
1 roasted red pepper
3 garlic cloves
2 limes, juice and zest of
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon miso (or sake)
1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
1/3 cup canola oil
to taste salt, and
hot chili flakes
Directions:
1. Puree the pepper and garlic in a food porcessor, then add everything but the oil and puree. Add oil slowly. Balancde the floavor with salt and hot chili flakes.
