Mom's Tater Tot Meatloaf

This is one of my family's favourite meals, as it was for me when I was a child. Potatoes cook right on top of the meat, so it's easy for Mom, and the kids love the way it looks.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon hp steak sauce
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet onion soup mix
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 kg tater tots
Directions:
1. Mix the meat with all ingredients except the Tots.
2. Pat into a Pam sprayed 9x13 pan.
3. Place the Tater Tots in rows over the meatloaf.
4. Bake at 350 for one hour.
