Mom's Southern Style Cornbread

This Cornbread has a very crispy buttery flavored crust. Great to eat with a big ol' bowl of pinto beans!
Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal (i prefer white lilly buttermilk cornmeal)
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Mix all ingredients except for butter.
3. Once oven is preheated, melt butter in a small cast iron skillet on high setting, swirl butter to coat sides of pan.
4. Quickly mix melted butter in cornmeal mixture.
5. Immediately pour mixture in skillet and bake for 20 minutes,.
