Mom's Salmon Patties

Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained
1 egg
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped fine
1 (4 ounce) package saltine crackers, crushed
black pepper
1 dash hot sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Make sure all bones are out of salmon.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Form into patties.
5. Bake in oven until done about 30 to 45 minutes.
