She says that she doesn't make very good rolls, but I disagree. Posting this recipe for safe keeping!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons yeast
2 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
3 tablespoons sugar
4 -6 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. add yeast and sugar to warm water and milk in a mixing bowl or kitchen aid.
2. let stand for 10 minutes.
3. add butter, flour and salt(don't let salt touch yeast).
4. Knead for about 10 minutes.
5. let rise for 30 minutes.
6. form rolls in a 9x13 pan.
7. let rise for another 10 minute.
8. bake at 400 for 20 minute.
