Mom's Pancakes

There are so many different ways to make pancakes. I've probably tried at least 20 of them myself. The one that always works best for me is my mom's recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 cups milk
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Add more or less milk if necessary, to desired thickness or runniness.
2. Heat oil in frying pan.
3. Pour spoonful of pancake batter inches.
4. Flip sides when it starts to bubble.
