Mom's Molded Fruit Salad

This has been a family favorite for decades. It's delish! Chilling time is cooking time. This salad keeps for several days, so you can make it ahead.
Ingredients:
1 (30 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts (i use pecans)
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup sugar
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package gelatin
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Drain fruit, mix together and set aside.
2. Whip 1/2 pint cream, add 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
3. Beat the cream cheese and add mayonnaise and set aside.
4. Dissolve gelatine in lemon juice over hot water, then add to mayonnaise and cheese mixture.
5. Add fruit, then fold in whipped cream, marshmallows and nuts.
6. Pour into mold or 9X13, and chill until set.
