Mom's Meatloaf from Mary Parker and Sheryl Samson

Ingredients:
3 slice(s) bacon
1/2 teaspoon(s) basil
1/4 cup(s) chili sauce, reserve 2 t for top
2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
1 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup(s) green onions
2 pound(s) hamburger meat
1 pound(s) hot sausage
1/3 cup(s) italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf. This will make one large loaf or you can make 2 smaller ones. Place meatloaf into casserole dish and put chili sauce and bacon strips on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then turn temp down to 350- for 45 minutes to an hour.
