Mom's Meatloaf

I've eaten this meatloaf since I was a kid. I use the same recipe as my mother did and I never grow tired of it. I like covering mine in Bull's-Eye BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef (can use extra lean, ground turkey, etc.)
2 tablespoons onions, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup skim milk powder
1 large egg
1/4 cup ketchup (or bbq sauce, heinz 57, etc.)
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl.
2. Press flat into loaf pan, making sure mixture is level.
3. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
4. Optional: remove after 50 minutes, cover in BBQ sauce or mixture of ketchup and brown sugar, and return to oven for 10 minutes.
5. Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
