1. Melt 1/2 sticks (12 T) butter in pan 2. Add 12 T. flour 3. Add approx. 3 c. mulk 4. Add at least 1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese 5. Salt and pepper 6. May need to think with more milk if too thick 7. c. macaroni 8. Put cheese slices on top 9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
