Mom's Lemon Bars

These are so good! I usually add 6 T lemon juice. Found this in a magazine, but don't remember which one.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup butter, softened
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
sifted powdered sugar (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Mix the flour and sugar, cut in the butter until it's crumbly.
2. Press into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
3. For the filling, mix the rest of the ingredients except the powdered sugar until combined. Pour over hot crust and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges and center is set.
4. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
