8 cups cabbage
1 lb ground beef, lean
1 onion, small
2 cups brown rice
10 fl oz tomato soup
1 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. chop cabbage
2. brown meat, and onions
3. cook rice
4. put all in casserole dish
5. cook at 375 for 1 hour
