My mother's deviled egg recipe. Perfect for those who don't like relish in their eggs.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
3 tbsp. light mayonaise
Directions:
1. Boil eggs with 1 tbsp. oil in saucepan for 15 minutes.
2. Move saucepan to sink, do not drain. Run cool water in saucepan until water is cool in pan.
3. Peel eggs and discard shells.
4. Cut eggs in half, place yolks in large bowl.
5. With a fork, mush yolks until there are no lumps.
6. Add mayonaise.
7. Add lemon pepper, garlic salt and ground mustard.
8. Mix well.
9. Spoon mixture into each egg.
10. Serve cold.
